Return & Replacement Policy – PixiePine
At PixiePine, every product is crafted and packed with great care. We request our customers to read the following policy carefully before raising a return or replacement request.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged during transit, or
The product received is incorrect / different from what was ordered
Requests for return or replacement will not be accepted for reasons other than the above.
2. Return / Replacement Window
Any return or replacement request must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
3. Mandatory Video Proof
To process your request smoothly, we require a clear and detailed video showing the issue.
The video must:
Be continuous and unedited
Clearly show the entire product
Highlight the damage or issue clearly
Include the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product
Be recorded within 3 days of delivery
Without proper video evidence, we will not be able to process the request.
4. Condition of Product
The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the video, our team will review it carefully.
Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or return, depending on the case and product availability.
PixiePine reserves the right to approve or reject any request after inspection.
6. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted products)
Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery
Requests raised after the 3-day window
Absence of required video proof
